From Despair to the Winner's Circle, Literally.

I would like to "Thank-you" for your Vita Royal products!! Your products helped put my ZXIBHA World Champion halter gelding back into the show ring.

Zippin in Bold is a IBHA superior halter gelding with over 100 halter points. Last year as a two year old, in the fall we found a well-known "trainer" who agreed to start him out very slowly. Well, after the first month we went down to see him, everything seemed to be going great. The second month is when the nightmare begins, we made a trip, to spend the weekend with Zip. We went to his stall, he was in a corner, not wanting to come up to me, which with ZIp this was very odd!! Zip usually nickers when I pass the stall. So, I went into the stall and had to pull him around to face me. My husband and I were just sick!! Zip had no life in his eyes, his ears were tilted off to each side, he acted lifeless... We took him home that day!! We prayed all the way home, that he would make the seven hour trip. Thank God, he did make it!! We had to stop every two hours to check on him. To make sure he wasn't developing a fever, I thought he was sick with something. we called the vet to come out to our farm, he's a vet we had used for six years. After checking everything, blood work, fecal checks, etc. He could not find anything wrong with him, they had told me that he was just needing a break. Also that some horses mature after being "Broke-out." Needless to say...I've been around horses since I could walk... I was not going to take his advice and do not use his services anymore!!

Then I called a friend two hours away, we always call him the horse whisperer. So, I hauled Zip up there for three days. He told me Zip had been intimidated by the trainer and maybe abused, we both agreed that his hip and shoulder was not moving freely. He thought maybe, I should just put out to pasture for the summer, give him a break. But I knew this would just kill Zip. He has always had his stall and paddock as his security. He had been home for two weeks, everyone that walked into our barn was just shocked by the way he looked. His normal weight is 1200 pounds and was down to 1095 pounds, his hair coat was very dull. At this point, I was at my wits end, only had two months before my show season starts. Everyone, would tell me that Zip was mentally crushed, that I was showing him too hard for two years.

I would not believe anyone because I know Zip loves to be the center of attention and the people at the shows, they would draw to him, he loves people talking to him and touching him. So, I started doing research on vet's in the three states around Michigan. That's when I found Dr. Weaver, when I found your products by word of mouth. The products that you sell are the best!! Within a week of starting Zip on your Nutrient Buffer® Zip's hair coat was shiney, his appetite increased and he wanted to play again outside. Dr. Weaver did adjustments on his shoulder and back. we went to our first show two weeks ago, three reserved grands, 4 grand champions!! We sadly missed two months of showing, but we are out there again!!

Aug 10,11,12 we'll being going to the IBHA World Show. I thought I would never be making that trip again with Zippin In Gold. Thanks to you and your fine products, my prayers have been answered!!! I have my gelding back!!
